摘 要:
为了研究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对锁阳茎切口愈合及抗氧化酶活性的影响, 测定了锁阳茎3个部位的切口愈合能力(抗失水力)、多酚含量、褐变度以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性随切口愈合时间的变化。结果表明, 外源MeJA处理明显提高了锁阳茎3个部位的抗失水力和多酚含量, 增强了PAL活性及抗氧化酶活性, 降低了其褐变度。从而加速了锁阳茎切口愈合, 减少失水也提高了其抗氧化能力, 进而增强锁阳茎抵抗机械损伤的能力。关键词:茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA); 锁阳; 切口愈合; 抗氧化酶

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on wound healing and antioxidant enzyme activies of Cynomorium songaricum stem, we detected the changes of wound healing ability (resistance to deactivation hydraulic), polyphenol content, the degree of browing and phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activites of three parts of C. songaricum stems with healing time. The results showed that, with healing days increases, exogenous MeJA treatment significantly increased the ability of resistenting deactivation hydraulic and polyphenol content, enhanced PAL activity and antioxidant enzyme activities, and reduced the degree of browing of three parts of C. songaricum stems, which accelerated the wound healing of C. songaricum stem, reduced water loss and increased its antidxidant capacity, thus enhanced the ability of C. songaricum stem resistancing to mechanical damage.Key words: MeJA; Cynomorium songaricum; wound healing; antioxidant enzyme
